The AI then generates a completely personalized training program just for you. You can also chat with the AI trainer assistant anytime to get answers, modify workouts, or ask for alternatives.

TRNRR has built-in injury logic. During onboarding, you can specify any injuries or limitations. The AI will automatically exclude dangerous movements and suggest biomechanically safe alternatives. If something changes, just tell the AI trainer assistant and your program will adapt.

Absolutely! TRNRR works with whatever equipment you have β€” from a fully equipped gym to just your bodyweight at home. You can create different 'Training Spaces' for different locations (home, gym, park) and the AI will generate appropriate workouts for each.
